Harfan presents its solution for
the PSAB-3150 requirements
In a natural extension of Harfan technical personnel know-how
and cutting-edge software and following the same path that GASB-34
requirements has initiated, the IDSS Report module provides to Engineering
and Finance Department as well as Asset managers a solution to satisfy
PSAB-3150 statements. Historically, Harfan IDSS was renowned to manage the
linear assets within the right-of-way. It is now possible to perform PSAB
reporting for all Tangible Capital Assets. In addition to basic requirements
